Christina
is an eclectic counselor she combines
cognitive behavioral, solution focused,
transgenerational and emotionally focused
therapies. Her therapeutic approach is to
provide support and practical feedback to
help clients effectively address personal
life challenges. She integrates
complementary methodologies and
techniques to offer a highly personalized
approach tailored to each client. With
compassion and understanding, she works
with each individual to help them build
on their strengths and attain the
personal growth they are committed to
accomplishing.
Christina is currently serving as a
private practioner in Mount Juliet
Tennessee working with a broad spectrum
of clients. She has served clients all
around Mount Juliet including Nashville,
Donelson, Hermitage, Lebanon, Gallatin,
Hendersonville, Franklin, Brentwood,
Green Hills, Smyrna, Antioch,
Murfreesboro, and beyond.
Christina originally from San Diego, CA
resides in Nashville, TN with her husband
John, daughters Ava and Savannah, and her
English Bulldog Chubb. She enjoys
spending her free time traveling,
reading, writing songs, singing, and
loving her family.
